Young People with Chronic Conditions & Disabilities and their families need the support of the entire community. By letting us know that you like what we’re doing we’ll be able to get a better idea as to what direction we should be going. In addition, we provide a bi-weekly (every two weeks) email digest of the latest information related to Young People with Chronic Conditions & Disabilities. In addition, please let us know if you’d be interested in volunteering or by being part of a focus group.
