General Membership
Young People with Chronic Conditions & Disabilities and their families need the support of the entire community. Whether or not you are related to or know a young person with a chronic condition or disability, we ask you to join PPC and help advance our cause. For those of you who are related to or know someone with a childhood-onset chronic condition or disability, sharing your experience and expertise is valuable to improving the Quality of Health Care.
