Please join us for an evening of philanthropy and excitement as we launch a campaign for Young People who thrive in the face of Chronic Conditions & Disabilities.
The evening will be emceed by Judy Woodruff, Senior Correspondent, PBS NewsHour. Congressman Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) will be in attendance as the Special Guest of Honor.
Guest Speakers include: Madeleine Will, MA, Policy Director, National Down Syndrome Society; Former Undersecretary of Education, and Constance Garner, PhD, EdS, MSN, RN, Policy Director, Foley Hoag; Former Policy Director, Disability and Special Populations, Senator Kennedy.
Purchase a Gold Table for $2,500 which includes preferred seating for 8 guests and sponsorship for 2 young adults at your table.
Four Pillar Sponsorships are available for $10,000. This sponsorship includes a premiere table plus prominent recognitions for underwriting benefit in the dinner program, guide, video and website. Custom Sponsorships are also available. Individual tickets are $200.

I’m thankful you all are adressing this issue for adults. When my son was a child they would do every surgery under the sun to him. Know as a adult physicians don’t even won’t to try and give him a better quality of life. You can find all kinds of pediatric care but when they transition into the adult health care system everything for these children falls apart. Thanks and keep up the awareness for such a critical issue for these young adults.
